William is a certified trial attorney whose practice concentrates on complex personal injury, Workers’ Compensation law, and Social Security disability cases. He represents clients seriously injured by the negligence of others in car accidents, workplace accidents, product liability cases, construction accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice cases, and more.
Before founding Mikita & Roccanova, William served as the Woodbridge Township Municipal Prosecutor and was the Director of Litigation for Falcon Law Firm. He also clerked for the Hon. Alexander Menza, J.S.C. of the Union County Superior Court.
William resides in Piscataway alongside his wife and two children. Serving as the manager for the Piscataway Little League’s minor league Mets and the 10U Williamsport All-Star team, he is actively involved in youth baseball. Additionally, William is passionate about Civil War history and enjoys playing basketball. Additionally, he has participated in the Broad Street 10 Mile Run in Philadelphia on behalf of Determination, contributing to fundraising efforts for Blue Cross/Blue Shield’s fight against cancer.
William was selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list from 2015 through 2018 and each year since 2022.
